Checks:

Make a check (not applicable to donations for the benefit of Ivy Club) payable to "Princeton Prospect Foundation" with a note in the memo line indicating the intended beneficiary club and send to:

Securities:

Donors should authorize their broker to transfer any securities (not applicable to donations for the benefit of Ivy Club) to Stifel Nicolaus to the "Princeton Prospect Foundation" account, Account # 4785-3844 and DTC # 0793.  

The donor also should send a letter to Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Inc., c/o W. Brooke Roulette, 902 Carnegie Center, Suite 130, Princeton, NJ  08540 informing Stifel of the impending transfer, with a cc to the business office of the intended beneficiary club and also to Princeton Prospect Foundation, P. O. Box 15, Princeton, NJ 08542-0015.

Princeton Prospect Foundation is an IRC section 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID 22-6075964); therefore, donations to the Foundation are tax deductible.  PPF disburses funds to clubs as grants to (a) preserve, restore, and enhance their clubhouses and properties in order to sustain their historic and architectural significance, (b) support and promote educational or charitable activities of students at the clubs, and (c) provide financial assistance to students in need so that they can become or remain members of the clubs.
